Bronze DofE / CSA Platinum expedition training weekend

Part of our Dofe Bronze Training, the Explorers will continue to develop their skills for their expedition section of the award. We will be covering navigation, aims, hiking and getting familiar with equipment.

Please can all explorers bring the equipment they intend to bring on their qualifying expedition. They will be hiking with their kit throughout the weekend.

Explorers will need to bring their own food (Lunch, Breakfast and Tea) that has been agreed with by their team.  Please ensure each team has arranged who is bringing what.

Leaders will provide tents, cookers and pot and pan sets. Please see the suggested kit list below.

The cost of this event is included in the training package (some payments are still outstanding) also please ensure that the details on Online Scout manager are correct and up to date for your child.
